Teacher Mentoring

Based on the age old adage, "all students can learn", The Urban Educators Foundation, Inc. was developed by several urban teachers who not only witnessed first hand the challenges that "city kids" faced but also the struggles of well intentioned teachers.  Their innate desire to improve the quality of life and instruction for these students was born.  "We believe that instruction should be enjoyable, built on a solid technical foundation, inspire creativity, and match each individual's goals." ​

Since its development in 2003 Urban Educators Foundation, Inc. has been vital in assisting teachers in learning strategies and techniques in order to better provide equitable and effective instruction, through mentoring, professional development, scholarship and community service.

Professional Development

The Urban Educators Foundati0n, Inc.  provides experienced and knowledgable professionals to establish relationships and advise struggeling teachers.   We serve as accessible mentors, dedicated to consistent communications with mentees.

The Urban Educators Foundation, Inc. offers professional development via comprehensive analysis and evaluation of current instruction.  Based on a variety of topics, we apply current pedagogy with best practices to recommend remediations.
